1. Redemption must be completed on the designated event page. Cash will be automatically credited to your Fishgoo account balance within 1 business day after redemption.

2. Redeemed cash can be used for product purchases or shipping payments, but cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

3. If the related order (product or parcel) is canceled, refunded, or not completed, the consumed points will not be returned.

1. During the event, complete international shipping payment to get 1 New Year Lucky Blind Box chance. Packages must remain valid on the 14th to qualify.

2. Each user may win once only. If multiple packages qualify for the Second Prize (free shipping), the package with the highest shipping fee will be counted (up to ￥1,000).

3. Prize delivery:

  • First Prize: ￥2,026. Winners will be contacted after the draw. Top-up will be completed after verification.
  • Other prizes will be credited to your FISHGOO account within 3 days after the draw.
  • Coupons are valid for 30 days from issuance and will expire automatically.
